We are looking for the best cakes, pastries or confectionery in Dorset. This can include plain and flavoured cakes, buns, brownies, cupcakes or pastries and any type of confectionery. Each baker can only enter one type of cake, pastry or confectionery to be judged. We want to hear how you are sourcing and using local ingredients and what makes your product stand out from the crowd?

Bread – We are in challenging times with all the allergens. Bread is a large part of our staple diet, people need to support their local baker.

We are looking for the best bread in Dorset. This can include plain and flavoured bread. Each bakery can only enter one type of bread to be judged. We want to hear how you are sourcing and using local ingredients, and what bread do you make that your customers simply can’t get enough of?
